1 Introduction & Applicability

Welcome to Betfun. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Betfun platform and all related services. When you open an account, log in, or play any game on Betfun, these Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Betfun.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to play on Betfun. Use of Betfun services by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. Betfun may request a copy of your National ID or passport at any time for age and identity verification.

Betfun reserves the right to hold withdrawals until age verification is complete. If your account was created using false age information, all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

Betfun accepts deposits via Bangladesh's popular mobile payment services — Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.
• Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account only. Deposits made through a third party are not permitted.
• Payments sent without the correct reference number may not be credited.
• Funds are usually credited to your account within 5–15 minutes of a successful deposit.
• Betfun does not charge any payment processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing your winnings from Betfun is quick and straightforward. However, the following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before you can make a withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Once a withdrawal is requested, funds are typically sent to your mobile banking account within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• In the event of suspicious activity, Betfun reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal pending investigation.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Betfun regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus is awarded on the first deposit for new members. This bonus must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal.

7 Gaming Policy & Fairness

• If your connection drops during a game, the system will automatically determine the result of that round.
• If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, Betfun reserves the right to correct it.
• If a technical fault is detected during a game, the result of that game may be declared void.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betfun. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Money laundering or processing illegal funds through Betfun.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Colluding or reaching secret agreements with other players to manipulate outcomes.

• Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
